How did you come to Fusion?
It was more like… “How did Fusion come to me?” In early 2006 the leadership of CCM had a vision to start a Young Adults ministry specifically targeted to engage 20 somethings in their walk with God. I was going through a school of ministry at that time and was approached about the idea; my wife Sharalyn and I loved it and have been enjoying leading Fusion from its beginnings.
What is your role at Fusion?
To serve… I have the best opportunity in the world to “Pastor” the best people in the world... Young Adults who are excited about Jesus Christ and excited about life… I enjoy teaching and preaching, but more than that, I love the relationships I have with all of the “Fusionites”.
What is the best part about your role?
Leading people to Jesus Christ. There is nothing more rewarding in this life than being used by God to reach people for His sake.

What is your favorite Bible verse?
I don’t know… their all awesome… Okay, I’ll play along… Usually once a day I’ll quote Galatians 2:20 to myself. “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”
What makes you laugh?
Almost anything… but especially when people get hurt physically… (not long term injuries, that’s just wrong) but small stuff like in racquetball… when you “accidentally” hit the back of the guy’s head in front of you with the ball… that’s just funny!
What makes you cry?
Again, almost anything… but especially when I hear of the great things God has done in a person’s life… it moves my heart to know that God is such a personal God.
Which is your most favorite place on the earth?
Wherever my wife is… yes I know that will get me huge brownie points… but seriously, as a young guy, I have been fortunate to go to some amazing places and their just not that great without sharing them with my wife. However, my favorite place I have been to on the earth so far… is Jerusalem, Israel… amazing!
